ABOUT OUR MEDIATION SERVICES
Sam has been a licensed mediator and registered neutral with the Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution since 2021. At the same time, Sam continues to maintain an active law practice. He has litigated and tried cases in both federal and state courts. Sometimes the cases were fairly straightforward, but other times they were incredibly complex. He has handled cases dealing with matters from personal injury, wrongful death, and medical negligence to breach of contract, environmental contamination, and arson. Sam also handles workers' compensation and disability. What every case has in common, however, is that they are very important to the people involved. Sam understands this and works hard to help bring people together.
Sam is also an engineer. Before law school, Sam served as a commissioned officer in the U.S. Navy's nuclear submarine community, circumnavigating the world during his tour of duty. In the depths of the world's oceans, there is no one to call when trouble arises. It was in that environment he cultivated his strong problem-solving skills.
